The brand new rock band The Impact, that includes the sons of Genesis’ Phil Collins and Toto’s Steve Lukather, have teamed up with Steve Perry himself for a canopy of the Journey tune “It Might Have Been You.”
Alongside drummer Nic Collins and guitarist Trev Lukather, The Impact are fronted by singer Emmett Stang. On the band’s model of “It Might Have Been You,” Stang’s lead vocals take heart stage, with Perry contributing backing vocals and advert libs all through the monitor.
