EXCLUSIVE: Gersh has signed actor Lyon Daniels (The Spiderwick Chronicles) for illustration in all areas.
At present, Daniels could be seen starring reverse Christian Slater and extra in The Roku Channel’s adaptation of The Spiderwick Chronicles, the bestselling fantasy ebook collection by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black.
Created by Aron Eli Colleite, the collection watches as Helen Grace (Pleasure Bryant) relocates to her household’s ancestral house, Spiderwick, together with her youngsters: 15-year-old twins Jared (Daniels) and Simon (Noah Cottrel), and their sister Mallory (Mychala Lee). There, Jared stumbles upon a boggart and learns that magical creatures really exist, although his great-aunt Lucinda (Charlayne Woodard) is the one one who believes him. Subsequently, she duties Jared with discovering her father’s discipline information to magical creatures and defending it from the ruthless Ogre, Mulgarath (Slater).
Watched by hundreds of thousands of viewers throughout its opening weekend, the collection was topped because the #1 most-watched on demand title to debut on The Roku Channel.
Beforehand, Daniels starred within the Netflix movie We Can Be Heroes from filmmaker Robert Rodriguez, enjoying alongside Pedro Pascal, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Slater and extra.
Additionally seen on Prime Video’s Patriot, the actor continues to be represented by Trade Leisure and Hansen, Jacobson, Teller.
