Following its 2010 cancellation, followers of the Tobey Maguire-led “Spider-Man” franchise have clamored for “Spider-Man 4.” Sam Raimi has confirmed whether or not he is engaged on such a movie with Maguire, and, sadly, the sequel has but to come back to gentle. If it does, although, there is a good likelihood that Kirsten Dunst can be up for one more flip as Mary Jane. She advised GQ that she’d need such a challenge to face out from trendy superhero media. She recalled of the 2002 “Spider-Man” film, “Sam Raimi was like a cult director, so it felt like we had been making an indie disguised as a superhero movie.”
Dunst then defined that that is the texture she would need for one more “Spider-Man” characteristic. “It could be humorous to be like, okay, let’s take Tobey and I and do it in a bizarre indie method the place it is like a unique type of superhero movie,” she mentioned. She particularly likened the vibe of this hypothetical film to 2012’s “Chronicle” from director Josh Trank. The discovered footage drama takes the standard superhero story in a singular route, centering on a gaggle of teenagers who develop superpowers after coming into contact with a mysterious object.
With Spider-Man as in style as ever, maybe sometime, in some type, Kirsten Dunst will get yet another shot at taking part in Mary Jane Watson.
