The 5 main broadcast and cable information networks joined six extra main wire, print and radio organizations on Sunday with a joint assertion urging the 2024 presidential candidates to decide to collaborating typically election debates.
“With the contours of the 2024 normal election now coming into clear focus, we — the undersigned nationwide information organizations — urge the presumptive presidential nominees to publicly decide to collaborating typically election debates earlier than November’s election,” the letter reads.
The assertion is signed by ABC Information, The Related Press, CBS Information, CNN, C-SPAN, FOX Information Media, NBCUniversal Information Group, NewsNation, Noticias Univision (Univision Community Information), NPR, PBS NewsHour and USA TODAY.
