Movie at Lincoln Middle president Lesli Klainberg will step down from her government position after the 2024 New York Movie Competition, it was introduced as we speak.
The board of administrators for Movie at Lincoln Middle, which presents the annual New York Movie Competition and Chaplin Award gala, will type a search committee to recruit a brand new chief and the board has named NYFF managing director and vp, operations at FLC Matt Bolish as deputy director to work with Klainberg by the transition.
“My tenure at Movie at Lincoln Middle has been some of the rewarding durations in my skilled life. After over a decade as president and 14 New York Movie Festivals come September, I’m pleased with how the group has remodeled and what we’ve completed. I’m leaving with a passionate and dedicated staff in place,” Klainberg stated in a press release. “The current New York Movie Festivals have seen record-breaking attendance and year-round enthusiastic audiences of all ages benefit from the various vary of FLC’s programming. This demonstrates the enduring energy of movie to deliver individuals collectively and encourage. Now is a good time to make this variation and permit new management to make an influence.”
